Kandu @ the KC Stadium

Hull City in the community have introduced Kandu to local schools in Hull and the East Riding.

Kandu is now a key activity on the ‘Fit to Play’ course providing opportunities for children aged 9-11 years old. Hull City community coaches have recognised the benefits of Kandu activities for both children and teachers:

“Kandu is a great way to introduce children to the idea of agility, balance and co-ordination. It's fun and easy to set up and uses a simple code that all children can follow.  Kandu has many practical applications and can be used as a warm-up or main activity to a practical session, both which children enjoy”.
